Don’t waste your hard earned money!!!!!
September 17, 2024I lived here for 3 years when I tell you don’t waste your money. They never come and fix anything. They leave leaking roofs and walls which is weird. Left a huge hole in home where I could see the inside of upstairs from inside my apartment downstairs (mind blown) Scary!!! my apartment had light sockets hanging from my wall for 1 year never to be fixed because that never kept a maintenance man. Kept getting a new 1 every couple weeks. The late fee is almost $200 after day 5. The pool is always ...dirty and moldy at the bottom. Rent goes up yearly and they don’t tell you that until you’re in there a year already . Ending, with all of these problems they will not return your deposit.
