Don’t waste your hard earned money!!!!!

I lived here for 3 years when I tell you don’t waste your money. They never come and fix anything. They leave leaking roofs and walls which is weird. Left a huge hole in home where I could see the inside of upstairs from inside my apartment downstairs (mind blown) Scary!!! my apartment had light sockets hanging from my wall for 1 year never to be fixed because that never kept a maintenance man. Kept getting a new 1 every couple weeks. The late fee is almost $200 after day 5. The pool is always ...
dirty and moldy at the bottom. Rent goes up yearly and they don’t tell you that until you’re in there a year already . Ending, with all of these problems they will not return your deposit. The ladies that work for the company are no help either so don’t waste time talking to them. This place is a stressful living situation

If your looking for a nice place with great Management who is always helpful and available, then this is this the place. I’ve only had positive experiences here and I’ve been here for two years. Carmen , the manager is great.
