We're located right off of the 10 at exit 100, super close to the Cabazon Outlets, great dining and Morongo Casino. As of right now, we don’t have anything available or on notice for the future. Our residents are required to give a written 30 day notice before they vacate. We have not received any, as of now.

I've lived here for about 5 years never toking the time to leave a comment about my apartments staff .. so today is the day.. first I want to say that Carlos the mantince man is very helpful and knowledgeable. Then candice I just met a few months ago who is super nice friendly and goes out of her way to help me with any of my concerns. Lastly but most important rosie is very professional and friendly she has listen to my concerns and always goes out of her way to help me with any problems . ...
Good customer service is hard to find so in my years of staying at the banning windscape apartments I believe the staff deserves to be recognized for there professionalism and hard work ...its mor always about complaints you have to give praise where it is do... thank you to a great staff
