Nestled in the heart of Sussex New Jersey, Wilson Manor provides comfort and convenience in a country-like setting. No other garden apartments in the area offer as many amenities for NO EXTRA CHARGE as we do! Great features include heat, cooking gas and water which are all included. Sewer & Trash Collection are also included in the rental price. Our spacious floor plans and large closets are just what you're looking for. We gladly welcome small pets for an additional $50 per month for a dog, NO CATS. Parking is also included and a laundry facility is on site for even more convenience. Be at ease knowing our 24 hour staff is on call should you ever need their assistance. Our apartments are provided to you in excellent condition and our residents receive prompt service. If an appliance is in need of repair or replacement and one cannot be provided quickly, a temporary one will be provided to you and installed. Our grounds are beautifully manicured and our community is conveniently located near New Jersey Transit and is just a short ride to Newton and Vernon. The Wantage Shopping Plaza is within 2 miles of the complex and the Olde Lafayette Village, which features famous name outlets, specialty shops, antiques, eateries and a farmer's market every Sunday is a short drive away.
