Marilyn was a pleasure to deal with. I have been a resident for the last 5 years in a one bedroom apartment. I needed a second bedroom and the staff at Wilton House Apartments accommodated me with being able to upgrade to a two bedroom. The process was very easy. I definitely recommend the team at Wilton House.

I don’t plan to move anytime soon, I’ve been living here for a few months now and I do enjoy the quietness of the community. However, there are many issues that should be addressed: - very few washer/dryers to share - delivery of anything is virtually impossible, unless someone opens the gate for the delivery personnel, due to them disabling the punch code for the front gate - landscaping is atrocious - paint in apartments is the worst quality possible - management is non-existent, thankfully I ...

already expected that when I rented the space. The duo at the management office have no clue what they are doing. - maintenance requests get reviewed days, sometimes a week, later. Hope these things improve so I can continue to live here.

Stay away from this complex unless you have no other option. Management will not return your security deposit. I moved out of this community October 31, 2020. After several emails and phone calls, there has been no response from the Property Manager. To date they still owe me 780.00. The only good thing about this place is that you don't have to go to the zoo to see the animals. They have more than enough rats, snakes, roaches and iguanas to keep you scared for your life and entertained.

Walk in closets, laundry facilities on each floor, open corridors. Close to shopping center, restaurants, entertainment and the beach. Family oriented. Excellent school district.

Where I live is ideal for anyone who has a well balanced life of activities, socializing, & relaxation. Located 10 minutes from Downtown Ft. Lauderdale, 10 minutes from the beach & in the center of an art filled colorful community that makes anyone feel right at home & WELCOME!
