Wilton House - Currently Living Here
March 4, 2022I don’t plan to move anytime soon, I’ve been living here for a few months now and I do enjoy the quietness of the community. However, there are many issues that should be addressed: - very few washer/dryers to share - delivery of anything is virtually impossible, unless someone opens the gate for the delivery personnel, due to them disabling the punch code for the front gate - landscaping is atrocious - paint in apartments is the worst quality possible - management is non-existent, thankfully I ...already expected that when I rented the space. The duo at the management office have no clue what they are doing. - maintenance requests get reviewed days, sometimes a week, later. Warning!!!
January 5, 2021Stay away from this complex unless you have no other option. Management will not return your security deposit. I moved out of this community October 31, 2020. After several emails and phone calls, there has been no response from the Property Manager. To date they still owe me 780.00. The only good thing about this place is that you don't have to go to the zoo to see the animals. They have more than enough rats, snakes, roaches and iguanas to keep you scared for your life and entertained.Review from Apartments.com
