I've been here for over 12 years. I love that they have the affordable housing, especially for being a single mom. It was hard for me to find any apartments that were affordable housing, or low income.
I like how maintenance takes less then days to respond to your requests/emergencies. And the new team is much better then the old mamangment.
This apartment has been perfect for my baby and I. Would reccomend.

I moved here about a 4 years ago. Since I have been here, the new management, and the current maintenance Team have been great. I attended a few of the resident events and I have enjoyed meeting the other people that live here. I love the grounds and I when I call or come in the office, I have always been treat with a smile. I have lived at several apartments and this has been a great experience by far.

I have lived here a little over a year, the office staff is really nice and if you ever have a maintenance issue, The maintenance staff get to you right away. I really enjoy living here at Winbranch, it is nice and peaceful. This is a great place to live for the price.

I like my place! I have been living around this neighborhood for a while. No its not perfect but better than other places around here. we have good security, having no problems with crime. Maintenance staff johnny doing great job. We have been here 5 months. No issues for us. Come on and get this cheap, safe living.

Im moving to the camelot apartments on the 25 of august the winbranch apartments is not a good place poor maitness some one broke in stole all my stuff they broke the door off the henges when i told her bout it they never came to look at my door my door has been broke off the henges for four days no one came to fix it me and my son had to look for somewhere to sleep cause my door was not fix now she tryna charge me rent and a termination fee its not fair
