October 9, 2023Worse place I’ve ever lived, entry gate almost never works, pool has been closed for OVER a year with bs excuses of inspections and approvals like no other association in Miami needs, and the gym is only open mon-fri during offices hours 9-6 so if you got a normal 9-5 you’ll never be able to access your amenities, plus they close for like 3 hrs for lunch and close early most days. Worst place to live
February 22, 2022I was there for 3 years ac always freeze , maintenance took forever to fix it had to spend days in the hot Florida weather. No management for more than a year. I moved out 6 months ago and still waiting for my down payment. They would say everytime oh is no management I don't know what's going on because is submitted there is a lot of tenants that are facing the same situation . But did nothing , nobody knows anything and impossible to contact higher management or company, no email phone ...number.Property Manager Responded

September 30, 2018Place is quiet but management is ran horribly... 1. How is it 90 degrees outside almost every weekend right now and they keep the pool closed on weekends? It’s only open during office hours Monday through Friday while everybody is at school or work. It’s ridiculous. Same as the gym so no one can use it! They have it there as a selling point to keep rent a little higher. 2 How in the world in South Florida is a broken AC unit NOT a priority maintenance fix? OPEN THE POOL AND GYM UNTIL SUNSET LIKE ...EVERYONE ELSE! Ridiculous go somewhere else in the area in the same price range.Property Manager Responded

Very tranquil
August 3, 2015I have lived here at Winchester gardens for 4 years now. And I think it is a very nice apartments to live at. Never had any problem with anyone. All the neighbors are very nice . generally this is a very nice place to raise kids But , the rent is to high. We pay $900 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath.Review from Apartments.com
