    I’ve lived out here for 5 years. It wasn’t until these “new staff” came that made me want to pack up and move. This has to be the worst community I have ever stayed in because of them. Super arrogant, rude and no type of background on customer service. They have the worst communication. They are to worried about finally trying to upgrade just to keep up with the new apartments being built next door that they can’t even focus on there residents. There is never anywhere to park and they don’t ...
    respond to emails or calls. There is no 24H maintenance. They have very bad communication with APL which is there electric company. They will literally leave you “get out notices” on your door if your electric isn’t paid. but here the catch…. your electric is paid they will still leave those notices, turn your rent payment off, wait until it adds late fees to your rent and then turn it back on and expect you to pay it. They have by far the worst customer service and lease agreement I have ever witnessed. They literally send you eviction letters even when you have paid, this type of error is very common!!!!!!!! If there was a rating lower than 0 I would gladly give it to them!!!!! Many tenants have decided to leave!!!! I’m leaving too! not worth the stress and who wants to live somewhere that stresses them out

    I lived in this complex for 4 years in all peace, it is when the new management equipment arrived that I felt the desire to leave, they are very arrogant, no sense of customer service and sends you eviction letters even when you have paid, this type of error is very common. If there was a grade lower than 0 I would gladly give it to them. Many tenants have decided to leave because of the unpleasant and unprofessional attitude of this new management team, mainly these 2 ladies who receive us in ...

    I’ve been out here for 5 years. It wasn’t until these new staff came that made me want to pack up and move. They have a “security patrol” that keeps you awake from 9p- 2a with super bright lights. If your looking for peace please look else where.

    If you are looking for a calm, drama free, and efficiently ran apartment complex this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking endless excitement and drama, confrontations with office staff, and cars crashing through your bedroom then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! PROs: Excellent communication from Property Management: they will endlessly litter your front door with notices and have no reservations about calling you with threats of fines and fees all delivered with a passive ...
    aggressive tone. The maintenance team is very friendly: if you are a lady that enjoys being endlessly hit on you are in for a treat. Choose from one and only one electricity provider: experience the random power outages, the impossible to understand bills, and the completely unreachable after hours support. The living spaces all have super premium tan carpeting that apparently never wears out or requires replacement. Your little ones will love it for sure. Upgraded trash compactor: there is one large trash compactor for the whole complex. And don't worry, they offer premium trash concierge service for a measely $25 a pop. Experience the thrills of waterfront living and take in those amazing lake views. Nevermind the overgrown trees and brush that complete obscure the lake from nearly all balconies. And legend has it that a man eating carp lurks beneath the murky depths of Lake Winchester so watch your step around the 6ft sheer embankment that surrounds the whole lake. An abundance of parking options: why enjoy parking a reasonable distance from your 3rd floor walkup when you can "get those steps in" as you commute to the only available parking spot around the block. There are also plenty of garages available for non-residents to rent and start up a car repair business or a black market operation Dog friendly green spaces: your little ones and your new Jordans will love navigating these dog dropping minefields. Just imagine the possibilities. Friendly "guests" just wander into your apartment unannounced for a variety of reasons: whether its for a random "inspection", pest control, or a drunken neighbor; rest assured that security is but an illusion. Enjoy a leisurely stroll down the winding streets (no need for a sidewalk) at Winchester Park. Experience the excitement of dodging cars as they speed around blind corners (and possibly crash through apartment buildings... seriously, I have pictures). CONs: There are only 344 units

    Worse community I ever lived. Management is just driven by money and don’t even care about their residents. If you need lauds and noisy neighbors you’re welcome here. By the 3rd of the month late fee is already hitting your monthly rent . No 24H emergency maintenance like they advertised. You have to call and leave a message for someone to get back to you next day to fixed anything in your place.TALKING ABOUT EMERGENCY. No place to walk with your Dog or child no community laundry They want ...

    Residents never pick up after their dogs. My dad was visiting and got some dog poop on his shoes. People who live here speed constantly through the apartment complex. Everytime I try to park or back out to leave, cars will constantly be coming through which is annoying. My car was parked and got hit by some idiot while I was inside my apartment. I come outside and the person who hit my car speeds off. That infuriated me! The price for these apartments are way to high. There is trash and litter ...
    everywhere. There is never a place to park. I am getting the heck up out of here and never coming back. Company after company keeps taking over these apartments. The newest company with the leading agent Felicia is rude and never wants to help the residents. She has a terrible attitude and acts like you are bothering her.
