Going downhill

Friendly Staff, Great place
July 18, 2017I lived here for a year first in a one bedroom one bathroom apartment. Moving to Houston right out of college this was a great first apartment. I loved the amentities such as the pool and fitness center. After 6 month I was able to transfer into a townhouse with my boyfriend. I love the townhouse layout it's very spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintance guy is always very friendly. I would probably still be living there if I didn't have to move out of state. Lived here 2 years- Great management & staff, great "bang for your buck"
November 13, 2016My girlfriend and I moved in here after living in the Jersey Village area for a little while mostly for its location and affordability. We lived in a 1 bedroom apartment and upgraded to a townhouse in our 2 years there. While the complex itself isn't brand new and the floor plans aren't the best money can buy, I can assure you that you get the most for an affordable apartment complex that you can. The apartments will always be in great condition when you move in (also they will be very picky on ...your move out charges, which is fair). No issues with neighbors at all. What impressed me the most was how easy to work with the staff, management and maintenance teams are. Management let us upgrade to our townhouse before our first lease was up at no cost to us (whereas they could have charged us a lot per the lease). The staff is very friendly (especially Pooja) and will remember your name and have a conversation with you about anything. The maintenance team is very friendly and will always wave to you when they see you. Only complaint I had- the entrance gate would always break and it never got fixed very quickly. April 14, 20164 Years living here. The staff is great. The neighborhood is peaceful with friendly neighbors. Everything you could possibly need is no more than 10 minutes away with Kroger only a few feet away. Never had a single complaint or problem. If ever there was any, they were able to fix it right away. You won't find a better place. I only moved because I was buying my first home in another state.
