Hidden Gem for sure!!
February 1, 2023I have been living here for almost a year 1/2 and I have no complaints but praise for this quiet property . Every time I call for a maintenance problem it is always taken care of in a timely manner . The manager Yeni has always been professional and caring . I recommend this property to my friends and family . I am one happy tenant .This property is close to shopping , park in your back yard literally !! Great hidden gem
March 15, 2019I've lived here for a while and I have had the best experience in renting here, PERIOD! Nice location, great prices, reasonable amenities, and most importantly GREAT MANAGEMENT!! At first, I was intimidated by the rules and their attitude on tenants. However, I found out after a while they are fair, reasonable (works with you), and very caring so their initial image should be overlooked. I think these first impressions is to let you know the expectations here and to be good tenants. The ...apartments, while a little outdated, is descent with renovations that fix the age as much as possible. Not entirely big floor plans, but the floor plans are still comfortable enough to live in. In-unit washer and dryer are a major plus for us. They are pet friendly, but ask that you be a responsible owner. The tenants and neighbors are great and are not loud. They don't accept packages at the front office, but I've never experience anyone stealing them from my front door. Their online system has bill pay with autopay, and also helps when requesting maintenance. The only downside here is the parking. There is never enough and some guests park badly to take up multiple spaces. You can purchase reserved parking, and they do offer towing if people are illegally parking in your spot. Overall, Windchase Hamlet Apartments on Richmond is a great place to live if you are an appropriate and good tenant.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don’t move here!
April 16, 2018Lived in this complex for 6 months. They said the carpet was washed before we moved and that was false. We did our best to keep our place clean. Roaches was a huge problem. Theft is another. My husband had to work on things in the apartment since management didn’t care. Management is nice to your face until you tell them you’re moving out. We didn’t have any damages however our bill came back huge. We have 90 days to pay. It hasn’t been 90 days and my husband gets a call that he has to pay today ...or will be sent to the collection agency. Glad to be out of this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great Management
August 6, 2015I've lived in multiple apartments in the complex over the last two years I've been here, and management has been great about transferring my leases, working with me, and making the process very smooth. Older apartments, but they're quick on the maintenance. Replaced my washer, dryer, and dishwasher with brand new appliances when they began having issues. Free w/d and the water bill is always about the same, and relatively cheap. Mostly quiet, gates have always worked well, again, it's an older ...community, but they don't let it get run down.
