I hate living here so much.
June 2, 2022The appliance maintenance is shoddy, often times waiting weeks to get to requests - I have an outstanding request from at least two months ago that has yet to be addressed. The walls are paper thin and your neighbors are inconsiderate jerks who will yell and blast music at all hours of the day and night. And don't even get me started on the three times I found POOP in the laundry room and stairwells. Don't move here until they clean up their act.Review from Apartments.com
Overall a great apartment!
November 21, 2020I am not going to lie...the studio apartment was FILTHY upon move in. I swear the amount of dirty I swept and mopped up is disgusting. Let alone the old food dried on the walls in the kitchen....For the most part the apartment complex is quiet, but you can still hear people talking especially in the hallways. Overall, I am happy with the apartment. The rent is cheap, once you clean it up it is very nice, and Marsha has made it EXTREMELY easy to move in. July 24, 2018The new management company here has made a huge positive impact on my experience. The grounds are cleaner and taken care of, the office staff is friendly and actually helpful, and when I've had a work order it's been taken care of by the next day. The rent is extremely affordable and I never have an issue finding parking, plus I love being so close to the downtown area and right down the street from the mall.Review from Apartments.com

Change for the better
December 5, 2017I HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE FOR TWO YEARS I HAVE SEEM A CHANGE...kids are actually able to play outside n peace..maintenance actually comes out and fix the problems you have (no half work jobs)...the management and worker are very resspectful And understandable..they residence is they number one priority...the crime rate have drop since I been living here am very happy with the changes thy have made and continue to make come in check it out..Review from Apartments.com
