My apartment is in a great neighborhood on the south end of Sioux Falls, SD. The apartment building is less than 10 years old, so its clean, updated and in great condition. About 2 years ago the apartment went pet free. At first I didn't agree, but as a non-pet owner it has turned out for the better. You don't have to worry about animal droppings all over the lawn and it keeps the apartments cleaner. The owner/landlord does all the maintenance and management. He is great and very attentive. soon as you call, he will be there. I have lived in my apartment for almost 4 years now. I pay $775 a month, which is a little higher than what I wanted to pay, however I really like it here and its worth the extra money.

I moved into this apartment over 3 years ago, after leaving a abusive marriage and the apartment became my home and the manager and workers on site became my family, they literally saved me at a time that I needed help emotionally and physically, awesome apartments and one could not ask for a better place to live, it is truly a "Home" quality and atmosphere.....management truly care about each person that lives here. Now where do you find that these days? HERE at Lyncrest Manor........
