To say I am disappointed with our experience with the team at Windhaven Park in Plano, TX is an understatement. We submitted an application 06/18/2018 for a move in ready unit for a move in date of 06/29/18. As of today, the complex has had 9 business days, 10 including the Saturday they were open, to work up our application, however has failed to do so. With prior experience, the application to lease turn over has taken 3-4 days, therefore we scheduled childcare and a trailer for moving this
...upcoming weekend, which now have to be canceled. The entire experience has been handled unprofessionally. I do understand the size of the property and the MANY factors that are at work behind the scene on site, however that does not excuse poor customer service, speaking to potential residents in a rude derogatory way and disregarding their inquiries.
UPDATE: As I wrote the review, we were informed of a denial for the apartment, not by the property manager, assistant manager or even leasing manager, but by the leasing agent. Not once was our request to speak to the Property Manager acknowledged nor was our request to use a guarantor considered or discussed even though we had one lined up who made 5x the monthly rent, which is what the Leasing Agent stated it would take. We have leased for the past 6 years and this is by far my worst experience to date.
