The staff are so welcoming, addressed my concerns due to moving into IA from another state, and so patient! The apartment is very nice, I feel lucky that I was able to rent it and I’m looking to call it home for the future.

We lived here for the last 3 years while my husband was at Palmer and we absolutely loved it! The apartments are outdated but they did start renovating the apartment next to and above us so I’m guessing they will continue to do all buildings. The staff was always friendly and the maintenance team was amazing and always fixed everything same day. We really enjoyed our time at Winding Hills!

I lived there for 5 years, and the manager Cindy was great! The office staff were always nice when I asked questions and needed help! The maintenance dept were always there when I needed something fixed! I moved out in july due to health issues. I enjoyed my 5 years there and called it my home! Mary C #1504

A Nice Place to Call Home

I've lived in a few apartments throughout my life, in Michigan and Iowa. Winding Hills Apartments are the first that really felt like a house inside. The spaciousness and the sprawled out layout felt like a home not an apartment. It's so cozy too offering a real wood burning fireplace. These apartments have available other extremely valuable features like closed, inside storage units. One nice size one and additional smaller units you can pay a small fee for monthly that are in your ...

building. Then, for recreation they provide a locked workout room and an outside pool. Garages are often available for purchase, too. All of the staff at Winding Hills Apartments are very kind and helpful. Each staff member from the office, maintenence, grounds personnel to ice and snow removals do excellent at their jobs to make you safe and happy. I would have given a 5 star review had it not been so hilly and the parking more often available by your building. But, it helps keep you in shape:) I am very pleased with having found Winding Hils Apartments. I felt safe with locked building entrance and the strength of the building during storms. But, I can't forget to mention, this complex is centrally located, providing quick access to lots of Davenport and Bettendorf businesses. Winding Hills Apartments will be missed.

Overall my experience at Winding Hills was very pleasant. I moved in back in 2021 and the staff was very helpful and always had a smile. While I did interact with many employees during my time here, Bryce is the one who I remember the most- I met him during his first week on the job and he had a friendly smile and I felt like he was being genuine and honest, not just telling me what I wanted to hear. Maintenance was always quick to resolve my work orders and I appreciate the door hanger after ...

they visit my unit. I believe all buildings have new siding and garages have new roofs as of 2021/2022. They also have new washers and dryers for laundry but I feel like they are still on the smaller side. There are several college students living here while attending one of the area colleges but they are always friendly and never cause any trouble that I noticed.

Every person employed at Winding Hills was always courteous and promptly responded to calls. Cindy the manager, is amazing, always a smile and pleasant greeting. Lori kept the halls and common areas in the building spitless...she is a jewel.My neighbors were enjoyable and we all seemed to get along well. It would be nice to utilize the area that is meadow-like with a playground and basketball court. Seems like a waste of space that could be put to good use. The only complaint is ...

the common area by building 1955 was severely damaged when contractors drove heavy vehicles through it after rains. Handicapped people live in that building, and frequently used the area for gatherings. Due to the extensive ruts, those with walkers, canes, and wheelchairs are unable to enjoy that outdoor space.

they don't like to fix things. they told us that the washer and dryer are provided amenity that they don't have to proved when we told them the dryer wasn't working. moving out you'll clean the place and then be charged for cleaning because you didn't do it well enough. If you have kids they cant do much with out the staff complaining to you.

We offer pre-move out walk-throughs to help residents understand the move out process and fees so they can return the apartment to us in the condition they received it in order to help with the return of the security deposit. We have replaced the washers and dryers throughout the property. We welcome children and invite them and their adult supervisors to visit our Indian Ridge or Kimberly Club playgrounds if they wish.

Just moved out from an 18 month lease only because i needed more room. This was my first experience in an apartment and it was the best. Maintenance was always there ASAP, no problem was left unfixed in a timely matter, and the staff were all very helpful and kind.

Pros: Very nice sized apartments and environment. Clean Family friendly for young couples with kids Close to shopping and good food Nearby neighborhood to take walks in Garage and huge storage closet Cons: Older building with cheap fixtures Parking space is tight and limited Walls are thin Hallways are smelly and musty Workout room needs updated Office staff isn't the best
