Wonderful Property
January 27, 2021I’ve lived here for 2 years now and it’s my first apartment. I must say, the on-site manager is VERY pleasant. Whenever there is a concern, she’s on the job! And if she can’t get to it right away, she stays in communication with updates. When I moved in, they’d just transitioned to new management, so please overlook the comments before the year of 2019! My apartment was newly renovated, so the floors, the carpeting, even down to the painting and electrical outlets are all up-to-date. Poor office staff and Maint.
August 5, 2020We have lived in this apartment for the past seven years and had air condioning prolems every summer! The prior owner and his staff was very promt taking care of problems. However since he sold out to a company in New York {of all places the place has gone down hill. Most of the a/c units were installed when the comp;ex was built back in the '70's and are not sufficent and are worn-out We have lots of bad tenants here, also> I paying extra rent and staying here until I find another place to move. ...Don't move in Windsor Apartments!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 1, 2020The apartment complex is nice clean and quiet all of the apartments have been renovated and they are beautiful in the inside the neighborhood is pretty quiet and management is really understanding and nice Ms.Linda is a sweetheart. For the price you can’t beat it compared to any other decent apartments in Albany. Also maintenance is pretty quick about fixing things if you have any repairs and they are very respectful of your apartment I would recommend Windsor apartments :)Review from Apartments.com

Under New Management - DONT DO IT!!
February 6, 2019The apartments were recently purchased by a group that owns another complex in the city. They are in no hurry to fix things. My air went out in December & in South Ga you need air in December, it’s 77 degrees in January & I have no air. Instead of paying the company that they called to look at it, they’re choosing to do it themselves. Things were so much better before the new owners took over.
