    The communication was excellent, especially given the fact that I did not put the work order in until late in the evening after hours. Also, everything got done quickly while I was working outside of the building. So it was nice to come back to find the work was all done the very first day!! Thank you!

    Tyler is fantastic. When I moved to Portland he was one of the first to welcome me and make me feel at home. I didn't look at any other apartments after this one. I love that management lives on-site, issues are resolved before I even notice them most of the time. There is a great community feel, they plan social events and other little extras that make this much better than a typical apartment renting experience.

    Maintenance is ALWAYS prompt and thorough. I have literally had a knock on my door to help within 1 minute of a request. I was in construction for 50 years, and the team is Professional in every aspect. The bonus is, they make me feel like family and they are taking care of OUR home:)

    Locate very near downtown and surround by many store and restaurant, Windsor Buckman is very convenient place for those who has a busy life. Management and maintenance are both very friendly and knowledgeable. All of the events are very awesome. And in-home gym is a plus.

    Pros: Management team is solid. Amenities are worth the price. Layouts are generally efficient. Acoustic isolation is decent. Apartments are fairly well ventilated and energy efficient. Cons: Apartment finishes are cheap/poorly installed, such as: bathroom cabinetry, kitchen cabinetry, sagging MDF box covers around the heating/cooling units, cheap vinyl flooring peeling up in a few locations, etc. Meh: Company will overcharge you at rent renewal while offering substantially cheaper rates to ...
    new residents. IE, you won't feel reciprocation of trust and value as a good tenant. Unfortunately, this is a standard practice for property management and not specific to Windsor Buckman.

    Going from just looking and touring apartments to living here has been a joy and an easy transition. The apartment complex is in walkable distance to a good variety of food options, grocery stores, bars and various other shops and locations.
