I have to say, Mary Ann the new Property Manager is doing a great job. Besides being new, she helped us view numerous apartments (obviously with the request of masks and gloves) and we are taking one next week. They are also offering June free so that was great also. Worst customer service ever!!!

Called to try to schedule a time to take a look at the apartment, we were planning on moving mid April but we just wanted to take a look at what they had to offer, if need be we could have moved in March. Lady started flipping out telling me she was only booking for Feb, I explained I only wanted to view the apartments and we would be back. I asked if we could speak to someone else, she yelled that if we wanted the apartment we had to go through her! Unbelievable, at least this decision was easy
Not worth the headache or hassle

I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years. The office staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. The maintenance staff comes into your apartment without permission. I received several emails of harassment after making a complaint to the manager. The manager also lied and made up reasons as to why money was taken from my security deposit. Do yourself a favor, find a different complex.

Located conveniently near Princeton and New Brunswick, Windsor Commons apartments can save your piggy bank. The complex is a small community with a pool on site and walking/biking paths near by. Grocery stores and Target are just a short walk or drive away. The actual apartments are spacious with high ceilings and are well-maintained. They have all of the amenities: washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC. There was new carpet when we moved in. We even have a very nice balcony! Many apartments ...
in the area run hundreds of dollars over the price of apartments at Windsor Commons and have terrible layouts. Why pay more for a smaller apartment?
