We lived here several years ago when our kids were young. We then did what a lot of people do when they have families....we bought our first home. Our kids are grown now, so we decided to sell our house. We liked living in Windsor Commons years ago, so we came back. We are so glad that we did. We are happy here and very comfortable. The office staff is great and the maintenance team does an excellent job. (good people all around) Matt & Lisa Evans

Spent 2 days via email, with someone from property management. Prices are ridulous....They hide what breeds are restricted. Of all breeds a Husky is RESTRICTED!!!! They don't read the additional comments you add when requesting information so you are redundant on emails back and forth. Only offer 1 year leases...for anyone re-locating, dont bother!

We lived in Windsor Commons for six years and very much enjoyed our time there. The staff was friendly. Maintenance when called responded quickly and the work was done well. They were excellent keeping up the grounds, so we never had to worry about snow removal or lawn care. We rarely heard our neighbors through the walls. The only time we did hear the neighbors was when they were out front in the driveway or on the lawn. It is located in a great area close to stores, restaurants and ...
transportation. My husband was quite ill when we first moved there so it was a nice safe place to recuperate while he recovered. We never had a problem with feeling unsafe during our stay. I would give it a t star rating. I'm sorry the other renter had such a negative experience, but our experience was great!

Windsor Commons Townhouse Community is very conveniently located with all the major shopping needs within walking distance. It is also just 10 minutes from major shopping centers in East York. The community itself is very pleasant with pool, gym and community room to rent for personal events. It is great for dog owners with plenty of walkways, quiet streets, and lawn areas to walk on. The apartment was very clean when we moved in and response from the maintenance crew for minor adjustments ...
has been very good. Rents are maybe on the high end considering that none of the utilities are included and the pet fees are quite high. All in all a very good place to live. It if was for sale as a condominium I would not hesitate a second to buy the very apartment we are living in now.
