Great First Place to Live
May 31, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comNever had any issues. Management was always super responsive, neighbors/apartment complex was quiet 95% of the time. Also, didn’t realize we could use the pool at Winding Hills until i moved out! It’s not “luxurious” but it has everything you need at a decent price. Also, if you leave the place clean, you will get back almost all of your deposit!

They were patient very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I found the apartment that fitted my needs. The apartment was clean everything in working in order and to my surprise, quiet once inside the apartment. Looks like they keep the complex up. The maintenance team is always so helpful and always so kind when I was always calling about my washer and dryer. Great location with tons of shopping options, and quick access to 74 to get across the river if you work in Illinois like I do. Maintenance was very responsive if something came up. My furnace went out, and maintenance was at my door in less than 5 minutes after hours. Only issue is that the office is ran out of Winding Hills instead of on-site. So if you need to do anything with keys or paperwork, they have you go over there. It isn’t far, but ...it’s kind of an inconvenience. It's definitely a good value for space and price. The biggest negative I have is that when the rent price increased, the online payment system didn't automatically update and I don't think it was stated that we had to go in and manually update the rent. I wish this was more on the people managing the website rather than the residents. Other ...than that, they tried hard to establish it as a community.
