Never answers the phone
July 2, 2024I have been calling their office for almost 2 weeks consistently for information about the apartments as well as leasing info. I’ve called morning & afternoon they never answer the phone or never call back that does not give the impression that they’ll be of much help for tenants.Property Manager Responded

Best Place I've Lived in Mobile
May 4, 2021Literally from the time I have moved in, I have had no issues! My neighbors are friendly and tend to their business. Management is great at informing you on what is going on in the community. It is also an added plus that it is right beside the interstate! Poor Management/ Customer Service
August 9, 2017As a resident, for over a year I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Poor customer service along with service tickets been marked as completed before they were taken care of. Along with management staff who create a hostile environment when residents are questioning charges that are unclear on the resident portal. My townhouse constantly flooded and I was even broken into. Not worth dealing with the patronizing and lazy staff
May 9, 2017THIS IS MY CURRENT REVIEW: This apartment complex USED TO BE absolutely wonderful. The office and maintenance staffs WERE extremely helpful and friendly. That is no longer the case. The office staff is patronizing and the maintenance staff close out service requests without actually completing them. There is only one exception on the maintenance staff (Paul)--he completed a service request that was already closed out by another maintenance staffer within minutes of me talking to the office staff ...(despite the fact the office staff told him that standing water in my laundry room from my neighbor's washing machine--which had already been there for TWO DAYS--could "wait until tomorrow"). When I ask for updates on service requests that do not pertain to my specific apartment (for instance, a 6-inch deep pot hole that has been there for 3 years now), the office staff is patronizing and blames 'higher ups'. Rule of ANY business regarding customer service - never shift blame. It makes you look petty. I'm just so extremely disappointed in how terrible this apartment complex has gotten. THIS WAS MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: I absolutely love my town house apartment! Not only is the apartment itself aesthetically pleasing, but the area in which the complex in located is ideal. It is a gated community and far enough back from a main stretch of road that I feel extremely safe, even at night; I only ever see neighbors and other tenants around the complex. And the office and maintenance staff are excellent! All service requests are usually completed within 24 hours. August 10, 2015Windsor Place apartments are for the most part, spaciously designed. The LR/den is large and has an attractive fireplace which can be seen right as you walk in. Tile floors throughout the large foyer, hallway and both baths as well as the kitchen and separate dining room. The rest is carpeted. The master bdrm is huge. It easily fits my queen size bed, lrg cedar chest, dresser, chest of drawers, two night stands, highback chair and full floor length mirror. The second bdrm is normal size....maybe ...11x12. Hallway has louver doors to a full size washer dryer hookup area (machines not included, but can be rented). The master bath dressing area is quiet lrg w/dbl sinks. Also has a wonerful lrg walk in closet. The only cons is no built-in microwave, and patio not very private. Maintenance is quick and knowledgeable. I live in a 2/2 downstairs unit. Upstairs neighbors can sometimes get a little noisy, but to be expected in apt living. For the most part....very quiet setting. Close to mall and lots of eating places. Rent for this 1350 Sq ft apt is in high 800's which includes monthly $10 pet fee, $10 waste pickup fee and $17 pest control fee. Pet friendly. Friendly staff.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
