WORST PLACE TO LIVE
July 31, 2020This is by far the worst place I ever lived,and here is my experience. When we first started our contract Paola the manager told us that the apartment would be ready by a certain date which we already had ask for days off at work so we can move by that set date, but she called 2 days before moving saying the apartment wouldn’t be ready when she said it would be she then gave us an option of given us another ready one but it would be a smaller version mind you we already changed our address to the ...apartment number she offered us in the first place so we said no we didn’t want another one that was going to be smaller she had plenty of time to get it ready and done we don’t know why she didn’t have on time,so she said she would try to have it ready. The day came and the apartment had been painted the day before and it still smelled like paint and the carpet upstairs was really dirty with red stains and it was gross so we couldn’t move our stuff upstairs until they changed the carpet so for starters that was awful. She did eventually changed the carpet. Also the stove that was in the apartment was old and gross so eventually they changed the stove too. The wall-mounted toilet paper rack wasn’t there in the first floor restroom. so I had to buy one and pay for it with my own cash because they never came to put a new one. Every work order was ignored for example I will post pictures like one drawer came off and they never came and fix it, and in the ceiling fan the string for the air wasn’t there so we could never use it when it was hot in the house. Then the apartment was infested with roaches and rats we told the office about it and said they would do something about it but never did, my Dad had to handle the situation and buy stuff to get rid of the rats. Another incident that happened was the Paola the manager kick me and my family out instead of handling the situation properly she said if you don’t like it than you can leave. That happened because the bathtub we had started to peel off so we told her, she said they were going to send someone to paint it but my Dad told her he would let her know when because that stuff has a strong smell so we can plan to be out of there she agreed to waiting for my dad to tell her but she then took it upon herself to give the order out so people could come and paint when she agreed she would wait, I came from work and to my surprise she and the workers where there and she said we couldn’t use the bathtub for 3 days I toldRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 29, 2020I have been living in this community going on 5 years. I love it. The maintenance men are awesome. So friendly and professional. The office staff is very welcoming and courteous.
