High end apartments that are extremely spacious. We have 3 roommates who all work from home but we are Neve run each other's space. Walkability to Larchmont and always street parking. Garage parking is a little tight. Overall love living here and management is great - responds right away and takes care of any request quickly!

I just moved out of this complex, and had an amazing experience. Andrea, the property manager, is so helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help you out. It has a great rooftop area with a grill to relax and look out over the city. The apartments are spacious and newly updated. Highly recommend!

I can not express enough love and respect I have for this building and the on site manager. The apartments have such a Genuine luxury feel about them. Every single detail was thought of for this building. Top of the line everything. The on site manager is incredible, she is on top of everything and wants nothing more but for the residents to have a lovely living experience, which really helps make it feel like home. Inadequate tenant

If you are looking for neighbors who are laughing and have fun during the night time you got it. Absolutely inadequate tenants' behavior, gambling with squeals, night parties, etc. Management doesn't want to do anything because they need to fill the apartments asap. For this amount, you can rent a quiet place in Santa Monica or Studio City. Don't make my mistake.
