January 27, 2026My Cozy “Castle” It’s almost been 5years that I have lived here. Let’s just say, love at first sight. It’s close to shopping centers/grocery stores, 30 minutes from Greensboro, and 45-1hour from RDU, you can’t beat that. It’s quite here, never any issues with pests, neighbors, or management. Poor Communication & Despicable Maintenance
November 17, 2023It is common courtesy for landlords to give a 24 hour notice before entering an apartment, but Windsor Upon Stonecrest lately has been slacking with these notices and they seem to just expect the residents to deal with them coming and going whenever it is convenient for management. On top of the that, the maintenance crew is a joke. I’ve had staff mistakenly enter my apartment for repairs when it was a different unit needing repairs; I’ve had maintenance staff cause damage to my door and locks ...because their key didn’t work (to the lock they installed when I moved in..?). I don’t feel safe living here anymore, and it is definitely not worth the rates they are charging. I would recommend looking elsewhere to rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The management are incredibly kind and communicate quickly. There are also tons of community events that are super fun like food trucks, pizza parties, pie tastings, and more!
