November 17, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comIt is common courtesy for landlords to give a 24 hour notice before entering an apartment, but Windsor Upon Stonecrest lately has been slacking with these notices and they seem to just expect the residents to deal with them coming and going whenever it is convenient for management. On top of the that, the maintenance crew is a joke. I’ve had staff mistakenly enter my apartment for repairs when it was a different unit needing repairs; I’ve had maintenance staff cause damage to my door and locks ...because their key didn’t work (to the lock they installed when I moved in..?). I don’t feel safe living here anymore, and it is definitely not worth the rates they are charging. I would recommend looking elsewhere to rent.Read More

The management are incredibly kind and communicate quickly. There are also tons of community events that are super fun like food trucks, pizza parties, pie tastings, and more! It is the best apartment complex and group of people I have experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I am in the area.

March 15, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been living here for five years and it’s been a great experience for me very quiet and I love it here at Windsor. The property manager and their team are awesome always showing kindness and looking out for not only myself but others here as well . If I have a problem in my apartment maintenance is always on task they are very committed and they are very kind people here. I really enjoy living in these apartments I call it my tiny cottage.

Maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner, management is responsive, and the grounds are well-maintained. There's also an effort to create resident events :) I'd recommend this place to a friend!
