    Windsor is a great place to live The maintenance staff are always quick to respond to a maintenance request The front office is very helpful The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage space There is a gorgeous lake behind the complex with a beautiful trail to walk around the lake

    Windsor at Fairlakes is a nice, quiet community. I personally love the newly renovated gym. The community events they regularly have at the main office is a nice way to get the residents together to help foster that sense of community. All the neighbors in my building are nice, the staff is responsive and the maintenance team is quick & professional.     The neighborhood is clean and maintained very well. The office staff is friendly and always goes the extra mile to make their residents happy. It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood, with the occasional one loud disrespectful neighborhood, but that doesn’t reflect Windsor at Fairlakes. I would recommend this complex to anyone!

    The three reasons that I plan to continue living at Windsor are that the central air is well maintained, allowing me a place to live that is comfortable; the walls are well insulated, so I can sleep in complete peace and quiet, and that the Property Manager and Maintenance Team have been kind and have promptly addressed any issues I've brought up, making this a great place to live in my experience.
