The community events they regularly have at the main office is a nice way to get the residents together to help foster that sense of community. All the neighbors in my building are nice, the staff is responsive and the maintenance team is quick & professional. It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood, with the occasional one loud disrespectful neighborhood, but that doesn’t reflect Windsor at Fairlakes.
