MAINTENANCE IS TERRIBLE
January 29, 2022You have to constantly contact the office to have maintenance come fix 1 little issue. I have contacted them over 6 times and still can not get someone to come fix my garbage disposal. My apartment was broken in to & I requested a door chain be put on my door for safety - NO RESPONSE! Spend your money to live somewhere that cares about their tenants.Property Manager Responded
January 31, 2022Thank you for your recent review. After a review of your maintenance file, we have reviewed the following: You have reported 7 (seven) maintenance request. The first request was on 10/05/2020 and the last request was on 01/13/2022. We have responded to each and every maintenance request that you have submitted. If you would like to review these requests, they are available to you during normal business hours. To respond to your break-in comment. We spoke with the courtesy officer on property, the officer stated that you left your key in an envelope with your unit number written on the outside of the envelope at the officers apartment door. Please in the future, do not leave your keys for your unit at anyones door. You requested a latch be put on the inside of your door for security. We usually refrain from this practice due to fire and safety reasons. If you would like to have one installed yourself, please feel free. Thanks again for your review, as we encourage this so that we ...can continue great service here at Windsweep Apartments!
