Not luxury apartments
August 6, 2024I've lived here 10 years. Since the new owners bought the apartments in October 2023, there have been numerous problems. The office doesn't address voicemails when no one is there. I've been trying for a week to get an issue resolved. My neighbors tell me that the office person comes in for a little while and then leaves for the day. The trash has been overflowing and left for over a week or two at least twice now. I haven't had pest control in my apartment since the first of the year. The ...landscapers don't come on a regular basis. I have neighbors being charged the "upgrade charge" in units that were upgraded 8 years ago because they have carpet (8 years old). Another neighbor was quoted the higher charge for her apartment that she has lived in for 4 years, again no upgrades in that time. It's frustrating living here. The previous management had issues but they pale in comparison to the new owners/ management. These apartments definitely don't meet my definition of luxury apartments!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
