If you desire not ever getting a normal shower again this is the place for you. It is either freezing or scalding, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TURN THE HOT WATER ON ALONE IT WILL BURN YOU!!!! It is not safe for children to have this temperature of water, I could not let my 7 year old take a shower for fear it would just randomly switch like it frequently did. I used a thermometer once and it read 180 degrees! When brought up as a concern we were told if its not that hot the pipes freeze. Nosey ...
neighbors, some that do not pick up dog droppings despite the numerous notes that get posted. People that park stupid or in other people's spots, again despite the notes that get posted. Not allowed to even have a counter top dishwasher, but we kept hearing one from either next door or above. Frequently washers and driers were out of order in other buildings so someone from across the complex would come to use the only 2 that were available between 6 buildings! Fun let me tell you. We thought it would be worth it not having the utility expenses and trying this place, it was mistake I would rather pay for my gas/electric not worth what we've had to endure. My rent went up $50 in a year as well.
