June 20, 2024We rented our first apartment in 66 years and we struck gold with Winkworth Gardens. The apartments are extremely well kept and up to date. The staff is nothing short of amazing. We rented from afar, we were snow birding in Arizona, and Holly couldn’t have been any more helpful. She was engaged in every part of the transaction, answering all my questions with the greatest of ease. Duane the property manager keeps the grounds, buildings and maintenance in perfect condition. Duane is quick to ...respond, kind beyond measure and most importantly no task or question goes unanswered. We picked a gem with Winkworth Gardens I would give this property a 10 rating.
