The ladies in the office are extremely sweet and helpful. Out of every complex I’ve ever lived in. I will say that the office/maintence staff here are above and beyond anywhere else... Love living here!

Disgusting apartments. Maintenance doesn’t do anything at all. It’s been 6 months since I’ve told them my oven doesn’t work and the ceiling from the bathroom is falling. I keep telling them but never come. Don’t waste your money. I’m tired of wasting more money than I should on cleaning products to keep these apartments clean but roaches keep on coming and the old cabinets are not helping.

I moved to Charlotte from Connecticut looking for a change. That is exactly what I got. This apartment complex looked just like it did on the internet. It could use a few upgrades and changes to make it complete. However I somewhat like it. The maintenance takes forever to fix problems and there is dog poo all over the place outside.
