December 17, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comyou can’t ever get ahold of the office, it’s a toss up if maintenance will come the same day or even at all. the gym is in the most horrible condition i’ve ever seen a gym in and they only clean one of the pools in the summer. they literally did barely any cleaning to my unit when I moved in my master closet didn’t even have doors. not that living here is horrible but it’s not great and the toilets are really small.

$400 electric bill
August 11, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comApartments are cheap. But only because they are poorly made. Flooring doesn’t reach the trim so there are several places with gaps that let bugs in. When we moved in the door locks were barely hanging on and when we asked them to fix it, they just used longer screws into the drywall. That is a major safety issue in my opinion. Our biggest complaint is that we have asked several times to look at our A/C unit. But they never actually look at the inside unit. We have a two story townhome. We were ...told it had two full ac units and that was a major selling point for us. So tell my why I am in my apartment right now and it’s 82 degrees and the ac has been running all day. Our last three electricity bills have been $400 and that’s with free nights. When we brought this issue up to the apartment we were told by Natalie that “hot air rises”. Thank you for the science lesson, but we are aware hot air rises. That is an unacceptable answer when someone brings a complaint about the quality of living at your apartment complex. Lastly we have not had a working microwave and we sent in the request on the 25th of July. My husband went down to the office and was told we would have a microwave installed today. It’s 11pm I am sweating in my apartment and I don’t have a useable microwave. Just be warned they don’t care about their residence. They just want to get you in the apartment and make you pay them for nothing. We will be getting out of here as soon as we can.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Joseph is amazing and addresses all our concerns in a timely manor. Maintenance has been amazing since Joseph took over as the new manager and we will continue to keep living here as long as he is here! The views of the creek are amazing and we don't have any pest issues. I'm guessing if people are having problems they must not be staying clean. Since ...Joseph took over he has started upgrades with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, so I'm excited to possibly transfer in the future to one with upgrades! I wouldn't believe any of the negative reviews, I've lived here for like I said, 8 years now and it has only gotten better since Joseph started managing the property.
