Heat included? What heat?!
March 30, 2024I have lived at this location for 3 winters now and every winter there has been a problem with the radiators and the hot water. For an apartment in Chicago that should not be happening. Along with that major issue, there are issues with bugs, a total lack of cleanliness, both set of stairs have broken steps that make it dangerous to climb, and the maintenance team is condescending and unhelpful most times. Just walk away from this place.Review from Apartments.com
Cockroach Infestation
September 10, 2022Within the first two months of move in I found multiple cockroaches even after submitting reports and receiving "treatments." An exterminator wasn't called until after I left. There were also multiple maintenance issues I was told was going to be fixed but weren't until after I submitted multiple reports. The property manager is also slow with replies and while I was living there I had multiple packages stolen.Review from Apartments.com
