March 15, 2025Staff went out of her way to get keys for rent ready occupancy. Explained everything in a nice helpful way. Appeared genuinely concerned about the amenities of the apartments and the person looking to rent. Took her time and we felt good about the place and management. Poor Maintenance & Poor Management
December 29, 2022They will lie for their own greed. The apartments are poorly maintained like black mold in the bathroom walls which they horribly hid with wallpaper. Roaches and mice infestation that management took over a month to get exterminator. They will find ways to empty out your pockets with fee after fee that could give you a final move out bill of $2000. Do yourself a favor skip Elon Property Management all together.
