July 14, 2023The landlord Carol is very open and honest. She is communicative and understanding of any situation. We followed the cleaning instructions she gave us for moving out, and we got back nearly the entire deposit.Review from Apartments.com
Bad behavior
August 6, 2022The apartment is very close to UNT. It’s very cheap. But this comes at the expense of very rude and disrespectful behavior from the owner. The apartments are very old. The owner unreasonably charges from deposits when you leave.Review from Apartments.com

June 8, 2018Pretty good for the price and location. Maintenance is fast, Carol always responds quickly to any questions. They are old apartments and sometimes when the AC is on it will smell bad. The parking spaces are weird but i always find parking. Can't pay rent online. Other than that everything was pretty good, I would recommend to anyone who goes to UNT, very close to campus & fry streetReview from Apartments.com
