Manager is a gimmick!
May 30, 2025These are supposed to be second chance apartments even though I did not need a second chance. The manager gave the apartment to her friend I presume because she sent me a bland email stating why I supposedly wasn’t approved. Why does the application fee on here say $35 but she told me $45 money order only and did not want me to pay online! I’ve contacted the BBB and going beyond that. She pretended to want to help and pretended to be professional knowing all the long she wasn’t going to pick me. ...Now she won’t answer the phone or emails for further reasoning about why she denied me .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 26, 2020I went to tour this complex, the lady in the office was very unprofessional & wasn’t helpful at all. She didn’t give me any direction to thw unit I was touring, just told me it was open & let me view it myself. But when I went in the unit, it was roaches floating in the toilet, climbing up The walls etc. I didn’t event tour the whole unit because it was that bad. October 9, 2015I've only been living at Wood Trail apartments for a month if not longer and I love it. I'm also a student at Bllinn College and the school is less than 5 minutes away so that makes living here that much better. Management and Maitnence are great. if you have any problems or issues they're very helpful and get it done quick. I love everything about this place and will renew!Review from Apartments.com
