Over the years management has changed for the good and some challenges along the way, but what apartment complex hasn't? When ever their is a maintenance issue, the maintenance guys has made great improvements which im very much pleased with. June 7, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI feel that Woodberry Woods is a great apartment complex to live in to start off the only thing that I don't like about Woodberry is when there's things that needs to be fixed or when you call down to the office no one picks up so I think they could do a little bit more better with calls and making sure that maintenance is doing what they're supposed to do

October 14, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI live here for 3 years never had any trouble before but since a few months we got new management with Sheila as manager and it has been horrible today 10/14/17 I called emergency number for the apartments because my air conditioner is broken it was 9:24 am when I called and the guy said he will be here in an hour and right now is 7:16 pm and still he hasn’t show I have little kids 3 and 1 year old. This unacceptable. I been calling and nobody picks up and the voice mail is full.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
September 23, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI just moved to Tampa from Europe so I am looking for an apartment. I went to W.W. end of July, I did all the paperwork with Rachel and she assured me an apt. will be available end of Sept. I did the money order for the application fee ($75), and $50 for the holding fee and I provided all the info they needed. I took them 2 weeks to send a fax to my employer, I actually had to call every time to make sure they did. After that Rachel told me my app. had been approved she would call to give me a ...date, I waited 3 days for the call, nothing. Today I called again, she answered, once I gave my name she hung up, I tried to call back 3 times she kept declining my calls. So I went there, Destiny came and asked if she could help, I told her I wanted to speak with R. since she was the one I talked with, unaware she was the manager. So R. gave her my case and she told me an apartment will be available end Oct., I told her R. said I could have an apartment end of Sept., that is why I chose them in the first place, she looked at me like I was lying and she said they never told me that, but I turned to R. and she confirmed she did tell me that. At that point Destiny told me in a RUDE WAY that if I was not ok she could give me back my money, I told her that is not the way you talk to customers, especially if they provided wrong info. She just went in her office and handed me back my money order, but only for the $50 hold stating the appl. fee is nonrefundable. I told her if that is the case I will just wait because why would I loose $75, she said "No just take your money back because right now I AM denying your application" when I asked for a reason she told me to leave otherwise she will call the Police. I was totally CALM and POLITE all this time, I just wanted explanations and at least have them admit that they did not handle the situation in a proper way, she said she had nothing to apologize for and she called the police. They arrived, she told them I entered the office with attitude, asking to only speak with R. (so that's why she was even mad at me in the first place (Sorry I hurt your feelings Mam' but it's not like you had "Manager" written on your face). Anyway, the police officer told me had to leave the premise so I left, after she gave an EMAIL ADDRESS to file a complain. The $75 for me are nothing compared to how I felt today after that. At this point I am very glad I won't stay there so I won't have to see nor deal with that person ever again.Read More
Going down hill
April 19, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here over 3yrs, it was nice here but now that it has new onwers its really going down hill fast they don't even turn the sprinklers on no more, grass and Palm trees dying and people put trash in front of the dumpster not inside and it's ok with the office. If u smoke u can come here everybody smokes here. AKA "weed" And yes I'm out of here.!!! Look else where don't even come here looks are deceving

July 20, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI've been living here for the past 2 and a half years. It's a very quiet place and close to everything. However, due to change of management back in December 2015, there are a lot of things that have also changed. The trash compactor is always full now (even during weekdays), residents have to play more for cable.
