Excellent property and the kindest manager!
March 2, 2026I’ve had such a great experience at Woodbridge that I just signed on for another year. Looking out at the greenery every morning is a true highlight; the landscaping here is beautiful and feels much more private than other spots I looked at in the area. A huge part of why I love living here is the management. Stephen is extremely approachable and has been a wonderful manager from day one. He gets things done quickly and professionally, which makes me feel very comfortable living here without much ...to worry about. Exceptional Support at Woodbridge
August 6, 2025As a long-time resident of Woodbridge, my son, who uses a wheelchair, has always received outstanding support from the staff. Recently, they truly went above and beyond to address a concern I had. I spoke with Stephen in the leasing office about the limited access to my son's apartment, as the only ramp was sometimes blocked for various reasons. Stephen immediately took action! Shortly after, the maintenance manager, Robert, (hes the BEST) reached out to gather more information, as well as ...Victor in the leasing office. Within a month, a second ramp was constructed right by my son's front door! I am incredibly grateful for the prompt response and dedication of the Woodbridge team. Gorgeous, manicured landscape and meticulously maintained hardscape combine with thoughtfully designed units full of window light and surprising visual privacy. The staff are exceptional in every way: this property is run like a concierge, where management knows and cares about your family as individuals. Brian handles the oversight with expertise, along with Victor, Stephen and Soha, ...whose personal attention to detail and gracious professionalism exceeds any rental value anywhere else in the area. October 29, 2021I’m a single mom and lived here for almost 2 years. The management is a nightmare; not efficient at maintenance & community cleaning & safety. Wall unit for a/c is ineffective for bedroom in summer it barely cools directly in front of it. Dishwasher, stove, fans, tub enclosure all replaced during that time. Just getting an exterminator out for the black widows everywhere is a nightmare. There’s so many excuses for everything & nothing gets done. Laundry rooms are never cleaned & filthy. I’ve also ...had 2 men accost me within the community, so there’s a real sense that you’re not in the best most family friendly community. Police cars are routinely seen here & my neighbors tell me there was an armed robbery that occurred here a few years back. I don’t recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

Not Worth The Price
June 9, 2018My wife and I moved to Woodbridge because it was not only in a lovely part of town but also because it was a great price compared to other options in Irvine. The apartments are rather bare bones, but that is fine on a budget like ours. Somewhere along the way they decided to try to punch at a higher weight, and dramatically raised their prices. Not only that, but in our process of trying to renew they repeatedly tried to get us to renew at above their listed rates. Ultimately my wife and I chose ...to move as there are apartments with more amenities in nicer areas for the prices they are now asking, as many have done. Woodbridge apartments
August 14, 2015The apartments have a little wear and tear on them but still look good. The Rent up $120 after the first 14 months so that was a little bit of a hit. The best part is if any issues occurs that need fixed and a ticket is placed for a fix, it happens almost the verify next day! We have had about 3 things happen and all was taken care of immediately. The pool and hot tube are always clean and fun to swim in. Other than rent going up every year, the place is great and in good condition.Review from Apartments.com
