Terrible place to live
August 14, 2024Had problem with leaky pipes and complained multiple times over 5 years. They always did the minimum repairs for a temporary fix. Would not recommend for anyone. Just another greedy landlord.Review from Apartments.com
Would definitely recommend living here!
August 30, 2022I have lived in Woodbury Gardens for around 3 months now and it has been nothing but the best experience! My partner and I live in an upgraded 2 bed 1 bath and it's very nice and spacious. No floor creaking and good sound insulation between apartments. Amazing bang for our buck, honestly we have every in-unit and neighborhood amenity we could ever need - check out their website for the insane list of amenities. I use the pool and massage chairs and free coffee all the time. Their Instagram page ...is cute and the staff is so nice. I wish I would have known about this place at the start of my Ann Arbor apartment search. They have a private shuttle, but the Bus stop is reliable and gets you to campus in 10 minutes. Very Responsive Management
June 9, 2020Woodbury has been home to me for two years now, and it has been a wonderful experience. The neighborhood and community has a lot of green space, a nice clubhouse with wifi and a small gym, and a pool with plenty of seating. The best part about Woodbury, though, is its responsive management. Maintenance requests for a clogged sink, dirty furnace filter, and burnt-out light bulbs were all addressed within hours. Great place to live!
August 29, 2019Woodbury Gardens is a great place to live! The leasing office was extremely easy to deal with and they offer a short term lease. Apartments are nice and the neighborhood is safe. The leasing office clubhouse is super nice and the perfect space to relax, study, or hangout with others in the neighborhood! Highly recommend Woodbury Gardens for anyone living in Ann Arbor. NICE PLACE TO LIVE
August 29, 2019When I eventually arrived in Ann arbor I felt myself so lucky that I have chosen Woodbury Garden to be my home. The environment is so great, just match its name, a garden surrounded by trees and flowers. I also love the clubhouse here, with excellent free breakfast and great space for people to communicate with their neighbors. Absolutely perfect
August 29, 2019Review of 1210 Astor Ave by CHASE! We are two grad school students from out of state. We absolutely love Ann Arbor and woodbury gardens is a beautiful place. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything necessary for a great home environment. The surrounding area is safe and clean with friendly neighbors. The clubhouse is spectacular with WiFi, a gym, TVs, and games. The staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful in answering questions.Review from Apartments.com
Amazing place to live!
August 28, 2019I have lived here for almost 3 months now, and can say it's by far the best community I've ever lived. It's located in a great place - 2 minute drive to the Big House, 5 minute drive to Main Street - and yet still feels very secluded and private. The office staff is extremely friendly and clubhouse amenities are unbeatable. I love using the Peloton bikes! Chuck and Jeff are some of the nicest guys I've ever met at the office. Maintenance is always pretty quick to act if you put in a request. They ...are even proactive about certain things and will let you know in advance if they need to do service work. Great location and community!
December 14, 2018Woodbury Gardens is in an ideal location in central Ann Arbor. We are within walking distance to coffee shops, a grocery store, multiple parks, etc. The staff is friendly and matinence responds immediately if needed. Free breakfast, a free shuttle to downtown, and monthly events with food are all included for community members. The newly renovated fitness center is beautiful and includes Peloton bikes. The apartments themselves come with tons of closets and additional storage space. Overall, it ...is a friendly, convenient, diverse, and pleasant place to live.
