I made concessions to surly management and indifferent maintenance because of the price (20% below most apartments in the area). A few years ago (2? 3?), we got a whole new management team, and our head maintenance gentleman is extraordinary. I have had no fewer than 3 recent interactions with the team, and I have been blown away by the attention to detail and customer ...

I have lived here over 2 years and management has been very nice. The property is kept up very well. It is unfortunate that one fellow resident can be so ignorant and ignore the fact that other residents are in the management office while he throws his tantrum. It comes on but it will be either ice cold or so hot it WILL burn you and it alternates between them rapidly. On top of that today the Office manager did not like my question and instead of trying to work with me or give me an alternative route to take she proceeded to scream in my face. I found Pat to be extremely unprofessional and rude. She was clearly taking enjoyment out of the act ...

This is an acceptable apartment, but I don't live here because I have a lot of options. It took management 10 months to fix rain coming into my apartment, and then it was only because I sent a letter via certified mail stating my rights as a tenant. There is a rodent living in my wall. They renovated the laundry rooms with a credit card machine that is frequently out of order. They seem to spend all their money on landscaping, even though we are in a perpetual drought.
