Roaches and Crickets bad
August 5, 2025They have a bad roach problem and now they have crickets too they aren’t worried about fixing it either they have “Burns” come out every Wednesday I don’t recommend here at all I’m trying to get my family out NOW also the pools have never been opened in the 2 years I been hereProperty Manager Responded

I Love my home !
March 8, 2024I'll start with, every employee is nice and gentle with me. If there is an issue with my apartment maintenance is there the same day. And they clean up after. November 16, 2023I enjoy living here, things around the property changed for the better when Fairfield took over. My apartment was renovated this September, I am very happy with the update. The price is great for what I receive. The maintenance team Chris, Leo & Rigo are very responsive and helpful. Love my townhome
July 3, 2023I enjoy living here. It’s a good location. Not far from shopping and activities. It’s pretty quiet. The staff is great. Huda, April, Liz and Mariana are always polite and happy to help if I need assistance with anything. Chris, Leo and Rigo are prompt and do good work. I sent an email because one of my kids locked us out of the bathroom and they came out within a few hours to let us in. I also LOVE the fact that when I enter that office, I’m greeted and addressed by name. Always a plus. I’ve had ...a great experience here.Property Manager Responded

It seems like they don't even care if people want to be a part of their community or looking for a home. The worst management
