Great Staff and Great Community
November 13, 2018Ms. Daphne was very professional. She worked very hard to accommodate my time and scheduling. She returned all my calls. She assisted me with each rental need anticipated. I like the community because it is quiet and i don't have to search for parking at night because i have a FREE covered parking spot! There is no loud music! NO HANGING OUT! And there's an on site Courtesy Officer! If your looking for this in your new home then Woodcreek Village is the right place to call home. Horrible Property Management
September 3, 2018People are moving out left and right due to constant issues with the front office. They are only on the property a couple days a week. Maintenance is a joke and if you have an emergency he lives an hour away and doesn't speak English. They are unorganized and constantly confused. Apartments are old and over priced. Property is small which is nice and you get a free assigned space, but its not worth the stress you will deal with if you move here. Getting ready to move out next month.Property Manager Responded

Don't Move Here
April 5, 2018New management company is worse than the last. They don't know what's going on, they lose paper work, only in office 2 days a week, and they don't return phone calls. If you want to over pay, with constant headaches, and no communication from management, this is the place for you.Review from Apartments.com

November 19, 2017Under new management and Capstone is a joke. They are never in office even during office hours. They don't answer the phone or return phone calls. Rent is too high for such small space. Spend your money elsewhere. I can't wait until my lease is up.Property Manager Responded
