Just renewed my lease and I’m starting to feel a little iffy on my decision. Since they switched trash companies, the dumpster near my building is hardly ever picked up and is constantly overflowing to where there’s stuff all over the ground. It’s an eyesore and smelly. Someone threw a mattress and other furniture just out into a parking space in front of my building 2 weeks ago and it’s just now being picked up. I’m not sure if there’s illegal dumping going on, but I constantly see people ...
pulling up to the dumpster dropping off furniture, appliances, etc. “Emergency” maintenance is a joke. I had a flood in my apartment this weekend and while it is now fixed, the urgency is non existent. I called the emergency maintenance line about 5 times the day of the flooding and no one ever contacted me back so I had to go and purchase a shop vac to get the water out myself, which is unacceptable. I’m really disappointed in Woodcrest at the moment and hope these things get better.
