August 5, 2025Former Woodgate Residents We enjoyed living at Woodgate. Overall, we had no problems with HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems and we lived there for 5 years. The dishwasher and stove had some problems because it was an older model, but it was replaced in a matter of weeks. It was neighborhood friendly, and the Woodgate apartment complex leads to a nice walking trail.Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2025The property is centrally located near Rte. 29 and Stone fields shopping center.Its' about 10 min. to UVA Hospital and the down town mall. But most importantly, the property manager is very professional , friendly and approachable .And will always call back at her earliest convenience. The maintenance people are quick to service any emergency issue's you may have ASAP. And basic issues within 24-48 hours when ever possible. Been here one year and never had a problem here at all.
