February 12, 2024Just moved out of Unit 52 dealt with car break in's, Homeless, Drug dealer neighbors. poor electricity in the apartment caused many of my electronics to short circuit. the oven and stove never worked. when work orders were submitted they would come in look at it and leave and mark it fixed without actually fixing the issue. A/C and heater always had issues. water heater broke. all appliances are cheap. dealt with poor water pressure in the kitchen for years that was never address till i put my ...30-day notice. they informed me they actually are increasing the move out notice to 45-days and will charge you 2 months rent just to move out early. they will tell you what you want to hear when you move in but will never follow through with promises they make in their leases!!!! August 29, 2021Management are full of it. They go up on the rent every other month but don't want to fix anything. They have a VERY VERY VERY BAD ROACH PROBLEM. People are constantly yelling and there are bombs all around digging in the trash leaving it everywhere. The maintenance still.Review from Apartments.com
ROACHES!!!!
April 12, 2021There is a big roach problem in the housing complex that I stayed in. There way of trying to fix it is by sending in pest control about once every 4 weeks to spray. It never works and the roaches come back in about a week and a half. Other than that the management doesn't care to fully fix the problem.Review from Apartments.com

May 9, 2016One problem after then next. No remote given to get in the security gate to get on property I asked for where the laundry room was, was told she is new and didn't know, never got back to me. I asked a neighbor, found it and you need a card from the office to purchase credits. Not given a card. Had to ask for that too. Only one door on the hall. Asked for that 2 weeks ago, still waiting. Light outside my door is out, left a message 3 days ago... between that and the walkway light out its pitch ...dark. I get it it was only one thing but seriously people keep looking. Good for families
July 20, 2015This apartment is great for families. It has a fenced pool and lots of grass for kids to play on. However, if you do not have kids, it can get quite loud in the late afternoon. Children running and screaming everywhere, especially during the summer. It seemed as though all the parents in this complex just said "see ya" to their kids as they sat back and relaxed indoors. The owners are great about work orders. If you need something fixed in your unit, they are quick to deliver help.
