The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an apartment. The landlord was unprofessional and a complete nightmare. She constantly showed up to my apartment unannounced and was extremely rude and incompetent. In addition, she constantly left me rude voicemails and treated me with complete disrespect. The condition of the apartment was absolutely disgusting. The carpet and walls had stains, the bathroom was repulsive, and the apartment was infested with bugs and rodents. The landlord ...
refused to have the carpets cleaned, even though it is a requirement, and I was forced to spend my own money on a professional carpet cleaner. Lastly, the apartment was covered in mold which gave me problems breathing at night and also had a terrible odor. My mattress, clothing and other personal belongings now permanently smell of this strong mold odor even months after I moved out. Absolutely disgusting and a huge health hazard.
