Nice apartment
January 27, 2023Woodlakes has great management and they are wonderful with communication. The application process is clear and straight to the point and I didn’t feel like I was being scammed. Annette is not going to put you in an apartment that she wouldn’t stay in her self so when I moved in it looked new and renovated. Poor communication
December 3, 2021The Lady In the Office is Very Sweet But she has Given me the Run around On Today! I went there at 10 am the Maintenance guy said she would not be back til 10:30. I went back at 3:30 because I had something else to do and the Door Was Locked again. The Same Maintenance Mad Called and told her to tell me To Come Back Monday. June 15, 2021Don’t apply these apartments in the inside very old they have bugs in plumbing problems the lady in the office very nice but these apartments is most definitely a no the bathroom is very old fashion I hate it all I promise it be roaches all in the laundromat don’t let these good reviews fool you that’s all I’m say I been here for months I’m most definitely running soon.Review from Apartments.com

March 26, 2021First, let me talk about Ms. Annette, the property manager I her love she very nice I never met someone like her I didn’t have any faith in moving anymore because I couldn’t find anything that was nice in with good reviews but I ran across these apartments in the reviews in they were very nice the moment I called these apartments Ms.Annette was so nice she didn’t give me a hard time or anything she seem like a mother too me I say this because I’m only 19 she had very much faith in me .my moving ...process was going bad now it going good because of her if you looking. She makes Woodlake feel home she is very detailed and always I mean always put the tenants needs 1st. No pest issue, no maintenance issue so far Woodlake have been an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! VERY NICE
February 12, 2020I have been staying at the apartments since 1/31/20 which was my move on date Ms. Annette was off because she was sick. She still came in and did what she had to do so that I could move my things in. I’m loving my new place it is very peaceful and quite. Ms. Annette is very nice and respectful. Feels like home!
January 3, 2019Moved down south from Pennsylvania almost a year ago, and I've lived at Woodlake since moving to Memphis in August. The very comfortable apartments plus the welcoming people around have made the move to Woodlake one of the best decisions I've made. The fitness center is great, the scenery is well-kept, and the responses to maintenance requests are timely. This is a very quiet and clean apartment I highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

So quiet and peaceful
June 27, 2018I've been here a little over 6 months and I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with my choice of residency! I love the office staff especially Ms.Annette. She's always polite and precise on making sure her residents are comfortable. I have little to no maintenance issues but when I do, my issues are resolved immediately. There is a lot of older, hard-working people in the community so the apartments are always clean and quiet. I love the pool and fitness area and the laundry facility as well. ...If anybody is looking to move somewhere comfortable and quiet then I would definitely recommend these apartments!
