Refused to show me an apt

My husband and I called to confirm availability ahead of time. We were told there was a 2x2.5 TH available for tour and for immediate move in. Online also shows 4 units available now. When we arrived to tour, neither leasing consultants made an effort to great us. Neither even stood up out of their seats. When I stated what we were interested in we were told nothing to show. I even clarified we had called before coming and they still said nothing was available. Then, we went right next door to ...
Woodlake Oaks and were told their TH were in the property next door. I explained the service we received and she apologized and said she was under the impression they did have available units, but also referred us to another sister property. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME OR GAS!

I have lived on this property for about a year and a half. I cant say that its perfect but their is alot to love. For one, the location cant be better, the surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful, the grounds of the actual complex are well maintained and the buildings while older are in pretty good shape and I was given all new appliances when I moved in. The only thing that I would improve on is the office staff, I have never had any problems with them but they are a little stand off(ish). They ...
are always polite, and available when needed, but at times they seem a little distracted or overworked; that may be because this is a rather large property and always something to do. Overall, I would and have recommended this property to many friends of mine, and have no intentions of moving anytime soon. Hope this review helps!

Great Location, close to downtown

These are great apartments for any 20 something. You are about 15 minutes from downtown and nightlife. The rooms are huge! They are a little dated but doesn't stop them from being a great place to live. Pet and family friendly. It's pretty quite and you don't hear many parties. Parking can get a little tough if you don't have an assigned spot. Pools and gym are great. Office staff is super friendly and pretty good about keeping up with work requests.
