This is a great place to put down roots. I did a lot of searching before relocating to Tyler. I loved the condo and the amenities. I work remotely and having an office space ready to go was perfect. I really appreciate the location which is close enough to everything I could ever need, but tucked away from being right in the city. Hannah has been gracious and helpful since day one. Unless you enjoy the pleasant sound of constant construction, do not lease here until the property is complete. The property owner is allowing construction to start at 5am and it will last until nearly 9 at night. Oh, and the machines they use? Old and squeaky so you get to hear a sound that resembles nails on a chalk board aaaaall day. Don’t try getting the company who manages the property (CrossPointe Management) to help, because they’re just the middle man between the owner and the residents, ...

and they make it very clear that the owner’s happiness surpasses everyone eles’s. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn’t have signed a lease here because it’s faaaar from luxury living at this point.
