July 25, 2025Leonardo the maintenance man said someone was coming to clean the carpet in my master bedroom because of a leak but it hasn't happened and that was 2 days ago. He was supposed to have tightened the toilet seat on the master bathroom toilet but it is still wobbly. No tour and lots of fees
March 7, 2024I drove two hours yesterday on my only day off just not to tour the apartment. I can honestly say I’m no longer interested. My appointment was at 3pm I showed up on time the lady explained the apartments and cost an got a call and told me to wait . She talked to a potential client on the phone over 20 mins . I told her I have to go because I had another tour with another apartment scheduled. When she takes me to the place in the golf cart in the cold and rain we get to the place and she can’t ...open the door it’s now 3:30 and all I did was wait and get disappointed to not didn’t even get to see the inside of the apartment. The lady then tells me we can wait on maintenance to come and open the door but she doesn’t know when they will come back but we can wait . I told her I just want my drivers license back and another thing the list of charges at this apartment is ridiculous. I was told I would pay a security deposit and a 155 fee for and credit fee and water fee . I never heard of such a thing in my life . I wasted my time yesterday for nothing to not even do a tour.Property Manager Responded

Makeovers don't fix problems
December 8, 2020German roach infestation in most buildings, management changes every other year and the newest group has horrible communication skills. The new group may have painted and added a dog park, but they refuse to properly treat infestations. Too many band-aids and not enough fixes.Review from Apartments.com
Bugs and bad management
July 14, 2020Stayed here only for a couple months before a shooting and break-in took place and my apartment was RIGHT next to the leasing office. Nothing was done, and was "TOLD" I would just have to pay a certain amount to get out of my lease. They took my money, never gave me my deposit back or answered the phone. Then months later I receive a collection on my credit for extra money I didn't owe...they even added months I was there that I paid rent. Even paid online which all of a sudden couldn't get into ...the account to print the receipts and I was supposed to get emailed receipts as well and they stopped sending.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 8, 2020When I stayed there 2 years ago. the maintenance man and staff was always so nice and fixed anything I ever needed fixed before 2 days. I do not recommend
March 16, 2020This place is beyond disgusting. Maintenance gets reported and never resolved, infestation is off the charts not only that wood in my apartment has been mildewing. Crime rate in this area is not a place to raise your children. The air conditioning drains water also another mold and mildew situation , I can not wait to break my lease and move to a better place. Rent shouldn’t be anywhere as close to what it is due to unprofessionalism , & uncleanliness.
