March 25, 2025Would probably avoid this place if looking for a rodent free apartment and management who listens to concerns from tenants.Property Manager Responded
May 1, 2025We take all resident concerns seriously and want to clarify that this issue was previously reported and promptly addressed by office staff. We gave you the option of picking up a glue trap from the office as this is the same method pest control companies use as well. Also you were notified that this happens during this time of year and you may see one from time to time being near the field and on the first floor. If you are dissatisfied with the community please contact the office about your options with terminating you lease here at Woodland Heights of Burlington.

January 28, 2025This is one of the best complexes I have lived at, the people are friendly, very pet and kid friendly, the complex is right next to both towns and the hospital only takes 4 minutes to get to. I like that it's with in minutes of Burlington. They offer a lot more then just basic living. The place is extremely secure over night and I haven't had issues.
