Good Neighborhood
July 24, 2023I lived here for three years and it was a good place to live. Courtney was an amazing property manager and took care of issues as best as they could have been. The maintenance personnel were fast at fixing issues. I liked the neighborhood and most of the people were nice. You learn who to avoid.Property Manager Responded

Not bad but not good.
March 30, 2019It's okay. It's not the worst place, but it's not good either. We've been here less than a month and my wife is happy with it but I'm not. There's nothing majorly wrong with the 2 bedroom condo but it just has several annoying things about it that add up. There are more negatives than positives but the negatives are smaller issues that have added up to me regretting moving here and lamenting having to be here another 11 months but my wife likes it. My biggest pet peeve is the cheap ...plastic-like wall slats that make it way harder to drive a hanging nail into than dry wall and then the office instructed us not to use command strips. Makes absolutely no sense to me. Reviews say things are taken care of quickly but we turned in our list of issues nearly 2 weeks ago and nothing has been addressed.Property Manager Responded
