Run Far Far Away
July 31, 2025I moved out of my previous unit in this complex due to constant noise from neighbors, which I had reported multiple times. To my surprise, the leasing office has been lying to the new tenant (meet them yesterday and we had a long discussion), claiming no one had ever complained about the noise. That level of dishonesty is unacceptable. The trash situation is another ongoing issue—overflowing bins, trash left in hallways, and valet trash service that skips days without explanation. It creates an ...unsanitary and unpleasant environment. After transferring to a new unit, I’ve been dealing with a persistent roach infestation for months. Despite regular pest control visits every two weeks, I still haven’t been able to fully unpack or settle in. It’s exhausting and frustrating. This complex is not worth the rent or the stress. April 7, 2025I have been here for 1 year and a couple months. Since I have been here, I haven't had any problems with pests. This complex is clean, and noise is decent. It's so relaxing to come home to an apartment that I feel so comfortable in. Maintenance come to fix any problems in a decent time. I really do not have any complaints. Prices have gone up because of inflation, but at least I am happy with everything that is included in my rent. And the neighbor community is a plus.Property Manager Responded
